All ticketing transactions for the MERGE event are handled by Eventbrite and all privacy concerns about payment and ticketing should be addressed to www.eventbrite.com.
Tickets purchased will transmit the minimal attendee information through secure and encrypted means to the event scheduling systems. All scheduling for the 2017 and 2018 events were performed through a partner SCHED.org, and MERGE attendees can manage their profile, how (or if) it is displayed, request their data, and delete their sched.org account using this LINK.
All communications with MERGE attendees are with those whom have engaged through expressing some form of interest in that contact through an opt-in process that was clearly labelled at the time of enrollment.
